The Grove is a private residential club community offering Golf and Sports membership categories to property owners. Recent estimates place Golf Membership initiation around $100,000, although newer pricing may reach approximately $125,000. Estimated Golf Membership dues are approximately $907 monthly, or about $10,884 annually under recently reported pricing. Sports Membership estimates include a $50,000 initiation fee and approximately $312 in monthly dues. Recent estimates place standard guest green fees around $175 per round when accompanied or authorized by a member. Family-member guest golf has been estimated around $85 per round under previously reported membership policies. Golf members reportedly pay cart charges, although reliable current cart pricing is not publicly disclosed. A reasonable cart-fee estimate is approximately $30–$50 per rider for 18 holes based on comparable private clubs. Additional expenses may include HOA dues, dining, tournaments, lessons, merchandise, guest charges, and other club services.

The Grove Golf Course
The Grove features a private 18-hole, par-72 Greg Norman Signature course opened in 2013 within the residential community. The Norman tees measure 7,368 yards, with published ratings around 75.8 and a challenging 142 slope. Zeon zoysiagrass covers tees and fairways, while TifEagle ultradwarf Bermudagrass provides fast championship putting surfaces. Bermudagrass rough complements the zoysia playing corridors and provides dependable warm-season conditions throughout Tennessee’s golf season. Tournament documentation identifies 53 sand bunkers, 12 water hazards, and water coming into play on 10 holes. Sand-capped soils, strong drainage, professional maintenance, and tournament preparation contribute to consistently high-quality playing conditions.
The routing combines rolling terrain, elevation changes, strategic bunkering, water hazards, generous landing areas, and challenging green complexes. The long par-five eleventh measures 629 yards from the Norman tees and represents one of the course’s defining challenges. The par-four seventeenth stretches 502 yards, creating another demanding championship hole late in the round. The Grove hosted the Korn Ferry Tour’s Simmons Bank Open for several years, including its 2023 tournament. The Simmons Bank Open at The Grove earned the Korn Ferry Tour’s Tournament of the Year award for 2022. The course also hosted LIV Golf Nashville in 2024, further establishing its credentials as a professional tournament venue.
