The Golf Club Course
The Golf Club features a private 18-hole parkland course designed by Pete Dye and opened in 1967. Jack Nicklaus provided informal design input during development of this influential early Dye masterpiece. Bentgrass is used on both greens and fairways, supporting firm and exceptionally maintained playing surfaces. Blue tees measure approximately 7,439 yards with a 75.9 rating and 142 slope. The championship layout plays to par 72 across subtly rolling terrain framed by native grasses and trees. Railroad ties, deep bunkering, water hazards, and imaginative green complexes became influential trademarks of Pete Dye’s later designs.
