Estimated guest green fees are approximately $100 to $175 per round, depending on season and guest arrangements. Membership categories, initiation requirements, dues, assessments, and golf charges should always be confirmed directly with the club.
Estimated golf cart fees run approximately $25 to $40 per rider for an 18-hole round when carts are separately charged. Estimated caddie fees range from approximately $60 to $100 per bag, excluding customary gratuities when caddies are available. Forecaddie services could cost approximately $30 to $50 per golfer, plus gratuity, depending on group size and club policies. Regional or limited memberships may carry applicable green fees, unlike regular memberships offering broader unlimited golf privileges. Additional expenses can include food and beverages, locker charges, tournaments, guest golf, merchandise, assessments, and special events. These green, cart, and caddie figures are estimates because Point O’ Woods does not publicly publish a comprehensive fee schedule.

Point O’ Woods Golf Course
Point O’ Woods features a private 18-hole championship course originally designed by legendary golf architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. Opened in 1958, the course stretches approximately 7,075 yards from its longest commonly published championship configuration. Championship measurements produce an approximate 75 course rating and slope near 140, although published figures vary between tees. The traditional layout plays to par 72, while major competitions have occasionally used modified par-70 configurations. Bentgrass surfaces, mature trees, rolling terrain, strategic bunkering, and challenging greens characterize the classic parkland design. Architect Mike Benkusky later directed improvements involving bunkers, drainage, practice facilities, and other course features.
Numerous strategically positioned bunkers challenge golfers, although the club does not publish a definitive current bunker count. Water affects several holes, with hazards becoming particularly memorable during the demanding closing stretch. The par-three 17th is a signature hole requiring an accurate water carry into a strategically protected green. The finishing 18th presents another demanding challenge as golfers complete their rounds near the clubhouse. Point O’ Woods famously hosted the Western Amateur annually from 1971 through 2008 before welcoming the championship back in 2019. The club also hosted the 1980 NCAA Men’s Championship and numerous other prominent amateur competitions.
